My lifestyle is simple.

I surround myself with positivity and focus on what is important to me, my family, my friends and myself.

I value experiences way higher than possessions.  My spending habits are very different to how they used to be. Family days out and holidays are a priority to me. I now cherish moments not ‘things’.

I enjoy cooking and eating a wide range of foods.  I don’t believe in ‘naughty’ foods or ‘healthy’ foods, it’s all just food and we should eat everything in a balanced mindful manner. I don’t own scales and I would never ever use the word diet.

I enjoy ‘me time’ and taking care to look after myself. Reading, relaxing and pampering are great ways for me to unwind.  Happy mum = happy family.

I am trying to be more environmentally conscious, and I am enjoying trying out lots of product swaps in the home. Both saving money and helping the planet with these simple small tweaks.
